Subscription Refunds
Chataa subscription fees are generally non-refundable once payment has been processed.
If a customer experiences a verified technical issue caused directly by Chataa that prevents normal platform usage, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Customer Booking Disputes
Chataa acts as a software platform that enables businesses to manage bookings and customer communication.
Refunds for appointments, services, deposits, or business transactions made through businesses using Chataa are the responsibility of the individual business providing the service.
Chataa is not liable for:
- Service quality disputes
- Missed appointments
- Business no-shows
- Customer dissatisfaction
- Service outcomes
Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Fraudulent disputes, payment abuse, or chargeback misuse may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
