For Businesses Using Chataa
Businesses may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing cycles, but payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.
For Customers Booking Through Chataa
Each business using Chataa manages its own cancellation rules for appointments and services. Customers should review the cancellation policy provided by the business before confirming a booking.
Chataa is not responsible for missed appointments, late arrivals, or disputes between businesses and their customers.
Platform Abuse
Chataa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in spam, fraud, abuse, illegal activity, or misuse of the platform without notice.
